cellular technology

We can equip our machines with cellular modems so they can contact us if they become low on an item or if there is ever a service issue. How does this help? It gives us the ability to ensure that the machine always has the stock it needs, greatly reducing the occurrences of sold out items. It also will alert us when there is a service issue such as a jammed dollar bill or even a power failure in your facility. Isn’t it great to know that you won’t have to call us when there is an issue, in fact, we will probably know before you.

debit card technology

Machines can also be equipped with a cashless debit card system. Your associates can put value on their card and then use it to make their purchases in all of the machines. The great benefits of this system are the added convenience to your employees. In fact we can even set up your employees for payroll deduct, so they can have funds added to their cards directly from their paycheck.

infrared systems

The age old problem of having your candy bar just hang there while the machine takes your money has now been solved. With infrared electric eyes, our snack machines know when an item falls, and if one does not, the machine keeps on trying. If it still fails, it refunds the customers money. These systems are available on coffee machines too to prevent the coffee from pouring if a cup has not dropped.
